北海道および札幌市につきましては、観光振興の施策に充てるため、2026年4月1日より「宿泊税」が導入されております。
Please be advised that, effective April 1, 2026, both Hokkaido Prefecture and Sapporo City will introduce an “accommodation tax” to support tourism promotion initiatives.

これに伴い、2026年4月1日以降のご宿泊につきましては、宿泊料金（1人1泊あたり・税別）に応じた宿泊税を、別途申し受けております。
Consequently, for all stays beginning on or after April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax—calculated based on the room rate (per person, per night, excluding tax)—will be charged in addition to your booking cost.

1. 宿泊税の税率（1人1泊あたり）
　 Accommodation Tax Rates (per person, per night)

宿泊料金（税別）に応じて、以下の通り 札幌市宿泊税および北海道宿泊税が課されます。
The Sapporo City accommodation tax and the Hokkaido accommodation tax will be applied based on your room rate (excluding tax), as follows:

2. お支払いについて
　 Payment Process

北翠寮に関しましては、ご宿泊の5日前に（予約日と宿泊日が5日間より近い場合はご予約後に）宿泊税をお支払いいただけるURLを添付したメールをさせていただきます。
For stays at Hokusuiryo, we will send an email five days prior to your arrival (or immediately after booking, if your arrival is less than five days away) containing a link to pay the accommodation tax.

URLからお支払いいただくと、お部屋に入室いただける鍵番号をお伝えします。
Once the payment is completed via this link, you will receive a key code to access your room.

こちらの鍵番号でお部屋の入退室が可能になりますので、事前のお支払いにご協力くださいますようお願いいたします。
This code will be required to enter and exit your room, so we kindly request your cooperation in completing the payment in advance.
